Whether it’s mental, physical or financial wellbeing, employee wellbeing is extremely important to us. So much so, we purposefully designed our Wellness in the Workplace initiative to support and enhance the lives of our team.
The initiative includes a monthly £50 wellness benefit which can be spent on a range of wellness schemes such as gym memberships, private dental care or spa days.
We’re big believers in working smarter and not longer so our initiative also includes four Recharge Days each year (additional paid holidays on top of statutory holidays) so our team can sit back and rejuvenate.
