Cat Rainford
Recruitment Consultant
After a successful career working in coffee shops and office areas across Australia and New Zealand, I decided to head back to England to pursue a career in recruitment!
I have two years experience working within social care recruitment across Lancashire and Cumbria and since moving to Spencer Clarke Group, I have spread my wings into the accountancy and finance sector.
I’m very ambitious which I think serves me well in the recruitment industry. I am always striving to match candidates with a role suited to their skills and experience, and to provide clients with fantastic individuals who will excel in their teams.
I enjoy how fast-paced recruitment is and the busyness and variety that each day brings.
In my spare time, I am a gym fanatic and I love spending time with my 4 year old daughter. You’ll also likely find me lost in a good box set!
