What is Spencer Clarke Group School Rewards?
We believe strong communities start with strong schools. That’s why we’ve launched the School Rewards initiative, a simple but impactful way for mainstream primary and secondary schools to earn valuable resources just by doing what they already do - booking staff through us.
Every time your school books a teacher, Teaching Assistant, or support staff through our agency, you’re not just filling a position - you’re earning rewards. With each booking, your school accumulates points that can be redeemed for school supplies, sensory equipment, school trips, out-of-term food parcels and more.
The initiative commences in September 2025 and it will run until May half-term 2026. For every 75 days booked through us, your school will progress up a level. As you would expect, the higher the level, the better the rewards will be! The maximum level you can reach is level 5. At the end of May half term 2026, you may choose one reward from the categories available at your level.

What Rewards Are Available?
Out of Term Food Parcel
The school summer holidays can be a financial struggle for some parents. A food parcel is a practical way to ease the burden and ensure children don’t go hungry. Food parcels contain long-life food items including pasta, rice, cereal, tinned food and crisps.
Sensory Toys & Equipment
If your school is experiencing an increase in the number of children with special educational needs, sensory toys and equipment can help to reduce stress levels and improve self-awareness, social and communication skills.
Back to School Backpack
The start of a new school term can also bring financial pressures for parents. A Back to School Backpack contains all the school essentials including stationery, notebooks and a water bottle.
School Fête Raffle Prizes
If you’re fundraising during your summer school fête, raffle prizes include alcohol, chocolates, and arts & crafts.
Library Books
Develop children's imaginations and boost their wellbeing by delving into the world of literary classics. Simply tell us who the books are for and we’ll deliver books suitable to their age.
iPad
iPads have quickly become a useful and effective learning resource for children of all ages. Boost student engagement, encourage creativity and customise the learning experience through a brand new iPad for the classroom!
School Trips
School trips are vital to experience different cultures, bond with classmates and encourage students to learn out of the four walls of a classroom. Reach level 8 or above and we will provide a donation to your planned school trips.
Charitable Donation
If your school has a chosen charity, simply provide us with the JustGiving link and we will be honoured to get behind the cause.
Sweets & Chocolate
If you have a school event, children to reward, or even an occasion to celebrate, elevate whatever you’re doing with a sweet touch!
Stationery, Arts & Crafts
Keep your stationery cupboard stocked with a range of essential school supplies including paint, paper & card, glue, chalk, pens and pencils.
Planting Trees
Planting trees has a number of benefits for mitigating climate change including absorbing carbon from the atmosphere and supporting biodiversity. Trees are planted at various locations around the world through climate specialists, Carma Earth.

What do I need to do?
For now, you don't need to do anything. If you book through Spencer Clarke Group, we will track the number of days you have booked through us. Following the May half-term, we will inform you of your level and you may pick one prize.
When will we receive our prize?
All prizes will be delivered in the second summer half-term.
Which schools are eligible?
The School Rewards initiative is open to primary and secondary mainstream schools.
Is there a minimum number of days to qualify for a prize?
Yes. You must book 200 days to reach level one.
Do half-days count?
Yes. Two half-days are the equivalent of one day booked.
What if I have a preferred agency?
Preferred agency documents are only advisory. If you book through Spencer Clarke Group, we provide quality cover and you are guaranteed to receive a prize for your school once you have booked 200 days with us! What’s not to love?
Do we need to be exclusive to qualify?
No, not at all. We only sign terms with each school so a business contract exists between the school and our agency.
