You may not have worked in a classroom before, but your background has already equipped you with the skills that matter most.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting small groups to stay focused and engaged
- Helping manage behaviour in a calm and consistent way
- Working alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
- Encouraging social development and emotional regulation
- Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
