About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across the school. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential)
