Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Preston

Spencer Clarke Group is supporting a friendly, inclusive school in Preston to appoint an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work closely with children with SEND and SEMH needs.
The Role
Support individual pupils and small groups to access learning.
Provide calm, consistent behaviour and emotional support (SEND/SEMH).
Assist the class teacher with activities, resources and daily routines.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
About You
Background in care, residential support, youth work, childcare or similar.
Nurturing, patient and resilient; calm under pressure.
Genuine interest in education and helping children thrive.
Willing to learn on the job (training provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
