This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in care, residential care, childcare, or youth support who are looking to step into education and make a positive difference in children's lives.

About the role

• Supporting pupils with a variety of needs in the classroom

• Assisting teachers with learning activities and behaviour support

• Providing pastoral care and building positive relationships with pupils

• Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in young people

• Relevant experience in care, residential care, nursery or other childcare roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available later.
