Spencer Clarke Group are working with friendly and supportive primary schools across Liverpool who are looking for Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is passionate about working with children and looking to take their first step into education.
Whether you've supported children in a care setting, worked with young people in the community, or gained experience through personal or voluntary roles - you could be exactly who we're looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils.
Assist children with their learning, behaviour, and social development.
Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEND).
Requirements:
Experience working with or supporting children in any capacity.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
