We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, confident and reliable individuals to work as Unqualified Secondary Teachers in a supportive high school environment.

These roles are ideal for graduates, cover supervisors, tutors, or anyone looking to take their first step into education without holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre set lessons and managing classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher
• Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging engagement across a range of subjects
• Maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Strong communication skills and a confident classroom presence
• Adaptability and willingness to cover different subjects as needed
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
• A proactive, professional and positive attitude

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
