Job Title: Unqualified Teacher - Secondary
Location: Burnley
Contract Type: Full-time and Part Time roles available (term time only)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teachers to join our client. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with subject expertise who are considering a career in teaching but have not yet obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The successful candidate will deliver lessons, support pupil progress and well-being, and contribute to the wider life of the school. Full training and support will be provided, with the potential for progression onto a formal teacher training route in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers.

• Ensuring that all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.

• Participating in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities.
