About the Role

Are you enthusiastic about supporting young people and making a positive impact in secondary education?

Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a number of welcoming secondary schools across St Helens who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  * Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task.
  * Support the learning and development of students across various subjects.
  * Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  * Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
  * Confidence and enthusiasm for supporting secondary-aged students.
  * A genuine interest in education and personal development.
  * Flexibility and reliability to cover short or long-term placements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
