Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a number of welcoming secondary schools across in Bootle who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task.
- Support the learning and development of students across various subjects.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence and enthusiasm for supporting secondary-aged students.
- A genuine interest in education and personal development.
- Flexibility and reliability to cover short or long-term placements.
