Spencer Clarke Group are working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Chorley who are seeking enthusiastic and caring Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and begin a rewarding career in education.
Whether you've supported children in a care setting, worked with young people in the community, or gained experience through personal or voluntary roles, you could be exactly who we're looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND.
Assist pupils with learning, behaviour and emotional development.
Help create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment.
Support pupils during lessons, transitions and structured activities.
Requirements:
Experience working with or supporting children in any capacity.
A caring, patient and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine interest in education and child development.
