Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for a Local Authority Client in West London.
In this role, you will provide person-centred support to vulnerable residents to help them sustain their tenancies and live independently in their homes.
Duties:
- Support vulnerable tenants through early intervention, advice, and tailored tenancy sustainment plans
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate housing-related support
- Carry out home visits, assessments, and case reviews while maintaining accurate records
- Assist residents affected by welfare, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, or complex support needs
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience working in housing or a tenancy sustainment role within a social housing environment
- Experience supporting vulnerable residents with complex needs to maintain their tenancy
- Experience of partnership working with internal teams and external support agencies
- Experience conducting home visits, assessments, and maintaining accurate case records
What's on offer:
Salary: £23ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
