Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader for a Local Authority Client in Central London.
In this role, you will lead a team of temporary accommodation officers, ensuring timely reviews, high-quality property inspections, and excellent customer service for residents.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the team of complaint officers, review officers, and property inspectors.
- Oversee accommodation suitability reviews in line with Part VII Housing Act 1996.
- Handle complaints and Members' enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience leading and managing a small team in a housing or customer-focused environment.
- Experience conducting accommodation reviews or assessments in line with housing legislation.
- Experience handling complaints and enquiries, including complex or sensitive cases.
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service and working with residents and stakeholders.
What's on offer:
Salary: £234 per day
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
