We are looking for several dedicated and experience Telecare responders on behalf of one of our clients within the Sunderland Area.
The Role
- Respond to telecare alarms and assistive technology alerts (e.g. falls pendants, smoke alarms, property exit sensors)
- Provide practical and emotional support: mobilising, personal care, fall recovery, and liaising with ambulance services when needed
- Work within a full rota-covering early, late, night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.- Ability to work a shift rota, including weekends, evenings etc.
Expected Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 6 months
Rate of pay: £15-£19 per hour
