We are working with a number of secondary schools who are seeking Teaching Assistants to support students across KS3-KS4.

This role is ideal for someone patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping young people progress.

We are working with schools all across Blackpool and The Fylde Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions
  • Support students with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
  • Assist with behaviour and engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people
  • Understanding of secondary curriculum is beneficial
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS check required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
