You'll play a key role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and feel supported within the school environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
- Assisting in the classroom to help students stay engaged and on task
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting the school's behaviour policies

- Reporting progress and any concerns to relevant staff
What's on offer:
- Competitive daily rate
- Full-time roles starting September 2026 (term-time only)
- Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements
- Supportive and inclusive school environments
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A rewarding role where you can make a real impact
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with young people (school-based or other settings)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships with students
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
- Interest in education, pastoral care, or SEND (desirable)
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals looking to move into education, youth work, or support roles within schools.
