Teaching Assistant
Location: Middlewich
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Pay Rate: £106 - £110 per day
We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Middlewich area who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general classroom support across lessons and activities.
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to reinforce learning.
Assist in preparing learning resources and supporting lesson delivery.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and active engagement.
Support the teacher in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
About You
Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.
A calm, patient, and supportive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow direction while using initiative to support pupils effectively.
Relevant qualifications such as Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (desirable)
