Our partnered SEMH school in Bolton is seeking a dedicated Intervention Support Worker to join their supportive team immediately.

About the Role:

As an Intervention Support Worker, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.

• Implement tailored intervention programmes to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.

• Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

• Encourage engagement, independence, and self-confidence in a nurturing environment.

About You:

• You have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or additional learning needs.

• You're patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every child reach their potential.

• You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential due to school locations and potential off-site support).

• Team Teach or de-escalation training is desirable, but not essential.
