Spencer Clarke Group is currently recruiting for a part-time SEN Teacher opportunity in the Nottingham area. We are working with a supportive school looking for a dedicated and passionate teacher to join their team.

The Role


As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff to support pupil progress.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of individual learning needs.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.
  • EYFS experience is desirable.
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
