Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for a Qualified Teacher (QTS) to work across supportive school settings in Blackburn.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for flexible supply work, short-term cover, or long-term placements within primary or secondary education.
The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN
- Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
- Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
- Experience teaching within UK schools preferred
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Ability to engage and inspire learners
- Commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
