Supply Teacher

We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support a wide range of secondary schools across Cumbria.

Whether you're looking for full-time supply, part-time flexibility, or long-term placements, we have consistent opportunities to suit your availability.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Adapt to different school settings and subjects where required
• Provide feedback to department staff at the end of each day

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
• Flexibility and reliability
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
