About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a growing digital healthcare provider that delivers high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments and support to children, young people, and adults across the UK.
Working remotely as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in autism assessments (ADOS/ADI-R) and help families better understand and navigate diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out social and developmental assessments as part of autism diagnostic pathways.
- Conduct structured interviews and observations using ADOS and/or ADI-R.
- Collaborate with clinicians, psychologists, and other professionals in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions.
- Produce clear, accurate, and child-centred assessment reports.
- Provide post-assessment feedback and guidance to families where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance, and documentation compliance.
Role Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with registration to Social Work England (SWE).
- ADOS and/or ADI-R trained with at least one year's experience in diagnostic assessments.
- Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly autism.
