Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Service Manager for a Client in West London.
In this role you will lead and inspire a team of support workers, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to people who have experienced homelessness and face complex needs.
Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including risk management, case recording, and service improvements.
- Work directly with partners and agencies to ensure residents receive the right support at the right time.
- Manage housing and property responsibilities, ensuring safe, well-maintained accommodation.
- Monitor budgets and resources to keep the service running smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience supporting people with multiple and complex needs (e.g. homelessness, mental health, substance use, offending).
- Proven frontline work in supported housing, with readiness or experience to step into leadership.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower teams to deliver high-quality support.
- Confident in managing risk, making decisions, and handling complex situations.
- Comfortable using IT systems and adapting quickly to new software.
What's on offer:
Salary: £38,700 per annum
Contract type: 1 X Permanent Position AND 1 X 12 Month Fixed Term Position
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
