Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Service Improvement Manager for a Local Authority Client in North London.
In this role, you will lead a small team to deliver key service improvements and assurance frameworks across the Council's Housing services.
Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 to drive service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement assurance frameworks for housing services.
- Monitor project progress and report findings to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and resident outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Proven experience in service improvement or change management within local government or housing.
- Strong team leadership and staff management skills.
- Project management experience, delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
- Experience developing and implementing assurance or quality frameworks.
What's on offer:
Salary: £468 per day
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
