My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Service Development Manager (Great Estates) on a Contract basis.
The Service Development Manager will lead and commission a range of projects to support the Great Estates programme. Such projects may include: physical improvement to estates, landscape & gardening, projects to improve social integration, health & wellbeing, arts & culture and initiatives to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour
What's on offer:
- Salary: £450 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Provide high-level professional, management and leadership to the allocated
programmes and projects
- Draw up, follow and deliver on complex programmes and project plans
- To effectively engage and consult with residents and other stakeholders from
the inception of a project to conclusion
- To ensure that effective performance management and outcome measurement systems are in place for all work-streams and projects
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience of developing, implementing and delivering significant service improvement projects
- Experience of developing, reviewing, implementing and monitoring policies
- Local Authority experience is essential
