My client in the Midlands are looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Manager (Children's Social Care) on a Contract basis.
Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Nottingham's Children and Education Services transformation programme. The range of projects this role will support includes interventions to support children and families in and out of care, commissioning, commissioning and the implementation of service improvement plans and strategies including Fostering, Children in Care, Leaving Care and First Response.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £450 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Midlands (Hybrid):
- End-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation
- Development and monitoring of KPIs, project initiation documentation, and robust governance
- Developing data- and evidence-based business cases to support transformation activity
- Embedding effective change management approaches to support a culture of continuous improvement
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience delivering transformational change in Children's Services Social Care
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Directors, Heads of Service, and frontline practitioners
- Local Authority experience is essential
