Senior Litigation Lawyer
Rate: £50-£60 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including:
- Housing litigation and anti-social behaviour
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Regulatory enforcement and licensing matters
- Provide high-quality legal advice on complex and politically sensitive issues.
- Advise on case strategy, including whether to pursue, defend, or settle matters.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Have strong experience in housing litigation and local authority law.
- Demonstrate advocacy experience in County and Magistrates' Courts.
