SEND/SEMH Teacher - Supply Bank (Norfolk)

£170 - £250 per day | Flexible Supply | Immediate & Ongoing Roles

Are you a skilled SEMH Teacher with the confidence and compassion to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs? We are recruiting exceptional QTS-qualified teachers to join our Supply Bank, working in SEMH and alternative provision settings across Norfolk.

This role is ideal for teachers who understand that behaviour is communication and who can provide consistent, trauma-informed support to help pupils re-engage with learning.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

• Strong experience working with SEMH pupils, including challenging behaviour, trauma, attachment needs and emotional dysregulation

• A calm, consistent and restorative approach to behaviour management

• Understanding of trauma-informed practice, de-escalation strategies and relational teaching

• Ability to build trust, maintain boundaries, and create a safe learning environment
