About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated Numeracy, Literacy, and topic-based lessons for low-ability KS3/4 learners.

• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, who will manage students' daily care and routines.

• Support pupils with a variety of SEND and medical needs, ensuring learning is inclusive and accessible.

• Lead and motivate the classroom team, promoting collaboration and consistency.

• Maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.

• Uphold and model the school's ethos of happiness, inclusivity, and respect.

About You

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has experience supporting KS3/4 students with SEND and medical needs.

• Demonstrates strong classroom leadership and staff management skills.

• Quickly builds rapport with students and colleagues.
