We are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Forward-Thinking FE SEN College in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and looking for long-term stability, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

The Role:

• Supporting learners with a range of SEN needs in a Further Education setting

• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons

• Providing 1:1 and small group support

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN (FE, secondary, PRU, or similar settings preferred)

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

• Someone reliable who can commit Monday to Friday
