Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We are currently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to work across a mixed primary and secondary specialist provision, providing tailored support to pupils with learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional challenges.

This is a rewarding role where every day is different, offering the chance to make a real, positive impact on pupils who need consistency, patience, and encouragement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Willingness to support with personal care when required

We welcome applicants with experience in:

Experience working with additional needs is desirable, but not essential - a positive attitude, patience, and commitment to pupil wellbeing are what really matter.

  • Comfortable building relationships with children and staff

  • Willing to learn new skills and follow behaviour strategies

What's on offer:

  • Opportunity to go temporary to permanent

  • Experience across multiple year groups and ability levels

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

  • Professional references
