SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), SEMH, and challenging behaviour. You will support students both 1:1 and in small groups, helping to deliver personalised learning strategies and promote positive behaviour.
A relevant qualification in education or SEN is desirable, though not essential for the right candidate. The role offers flexibility with part-time and full-time positions available. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
