Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Sale, Manchester.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, or communication difficulties. Your role will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.

• Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

• Supporting learning activities and promoting independence.

• Encouraging social and emotional development.

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

• Patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children with SEND.

• Experienced in working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).

• Able to work collaboratively with staff and parents.

• Adaptable and proactive in meeting pupils' needs.

• Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or equivalent).
