Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a real difference in the classroom? Spencer Clarke Group are working with a welcoming school in Preston who are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately.
The Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs.
Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
Support children with their emotional, social, and behavioural development.
Encourage independence and engagement in learning through a supportive, patient approach.
Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every pupil thrives.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEN (school, care, or alternative provision settings all considered).
Resilience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different needs.
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
