SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time - October Start

Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with schools in the Trafford area to appoint passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for a full-time start this October.
The Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Help create a positive and safe learning environment.
About You:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school experience desirable but not essential).
Patient, resilient, and empathetic.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
