Make a Difference as an SEN Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team, supporting pupils with additional learning needs across a range of primary and secondary schools in Blackpool.

The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties.
Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.
Monitor progress and encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and personal growth.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs (desirable).
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
The legal right to work in the UK.
