SEN Teacher - Mansfield
We are recruiting for a permanent SEN Teacher to join a specialist education setting in Mansfield, supporting learners aged 7-19 with additional needs in small-group, personalised teaching environments.
Salary: From £32,646 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, term time only
This role involves planning and delivering creative, flexible lessons tailored to individual learning needs, using a multi-sensory and holistic approach to improve engagement, confidence, and progress both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with colleagues to create personalised learning programmes and support positive outcomes for pupils with special educational needs.
We are looking for someone who has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
SEN teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A flexible, creative, and learner-centred approach
