SEN Teacher

We are currently recruiting SEN Teachers to work across a range of local schools and specialist settings in Bradford. Opportunities are available on an ad hoc, short-term, or long-term basis, offering excellent flexibility to suit your availability.

You will be supporting learners with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs, within inclusive and specialist environments.

The Role:

• Deliver tailored and adaptive teaching to meet individual needs

• Plan and modify learning activities to support progress

• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Use positive behaviour management strategies

• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with learners with special educational needs

• Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching

• Confident and calm approach to behaviour management

• Flexible, patient, and resilient attitude

• Ability to adapt to a variety of settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
