SEN Teacher

We are currently recruiting SEN Teachers to work across a range of local schools and specialist settings in Bradford. Opportunities are available on an ad hoc, short-term, or long-term basis, offering excellent flexibility to suit your availability.
You will be supporting learners with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs, within inclusive and specialist environments.
The Role:
Deliver tailored and adaptive teaching to meet individual needs
Plan and modify learning activities to support progress
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Use positive behaviour management strategies
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
Requirements:
Experience working with learners with special educational needs
Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching
Confident and calm approach to behaviour management
Flexible, patient, and resilient attitude
Ability to adapt to a variety of settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
