Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex learning needs?
Our welcoming secondary SEN school in Tameside is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education and support to pupils working at P Levels.

You'll be teaching small classes of 8-10 pupils, ensuring each learner receives the individual attention and guidance they need to thrive-both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils working at P Levels.

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom where every learner feels safe, supported, and valued.

• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

• Monitor and assess progress in line with each pupil's individual learning plan (ILP) or EHCP.

• Foster independence, communication, and confidence through personalised learning experiences.

Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
✅ Previous experience working in an SEN school (essential)
✅ Knowledge of P Levels and strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs
✅ Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills
✅ Commitment to inclusive education and positive outcomes for all learners

🕗 Hours: Full time, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
