Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding new role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a fantastic Secondary SEN School in Oldham, supporting pupils with complex learning difficulties and additional needs.

🌈 The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with complex and profound learning difficulties (PMLD/SLD).

• Work closely with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants, therapists, and senior staff to provide a holistic and nurturing learning environment.

• Use a range of communication methods (e.g. PECs, Makaton, sensory strategies) to engage and support pupils effectively.

• Assess, record, and celebrate pupils' progress in both academic and personal development.

• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive behaviour at all times.

💡 The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - essential.

• Proven experience teaching pupils with complex or profound learning difficulties in a special school or specialist provision.

• A calm, patient and resilient approach with a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Available to start as soon as possible.
