Due to high demand, we are urgently recruiting staff to join our SEMH Supply Bank to support SEMH provision schools across Norfolk. Immediate opportunities are available for reliable, experienced individuals who can step in and make a positive impact from day one.

The Role:

• Providing classroom and behaviour support within SEMH settings

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

• Helping students regulate emotions and engage in learning

• Maintaining a calm, safe, and structured environment

• Supporting teaching and pastoral teams as needed

Who We Need NOW:

• Experience in SEMH, PRU, alternative provision, or similar settings

• Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, and Teachers

• Calm, resilient, and confident individuals

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Availability for immediate, short-notice work (day-to-day or long-term)
