This role requires a hands-on, adaptable practitioner who is confident in delivering personalised learning and creating a structured, nurturing environment that enables pupils to thrive both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will have proven experience working within SEN settings and a strong understanding of implementing and reviewing EHCPs, ensuring that each child's provision is tailored and consistently applied.
