Science Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our welcoming secondary school in Redditch on a fixed-term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on experience), fostering a positive learning environment that supports students of all abilities in achieving their full potential. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum, maintain accurate records of student progress, and contribute to the wider school community through collaboration with colleagues and participation in departmental initiatives. The ideal applicant will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, possess strong subject knowledge across the science disciplines, and demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
