A lovely secondary school in Cumbria is seeking a Science Teacher to join their department from January 2026. Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is welcome.
We are seeking a qualified science teacher to work on a part time basis. The ideal person will be able to work Monday to Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3-KS4
- Assess and track student progress
- Contribute to departmental planning and meetings
- Create a positive learning environment that inspires curiosity
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge
- Ability to deliver high-quality lessons and raise attainment
- Enhanced DBS required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
