Job Title: School Site Supervisor

Location: Liverpool & Wirral
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday

• Split shifts and full shifts available

Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable School Site Supervisors to work in schools across Liverpool and the Wirral. The successful candidates will be responsible for the security, safety, and day-to-day maintenance of school premises, ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the school site, including unlocking/locking buildings and setting alarms

• Ensuring the security of the premises during the school day

• Carrying out basic maintenance, repairs, and health & safety checks

• Monitoring contractors on site and liaising with school staff as required

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines

• Maintaining clean, safe outdoor areas including playgrounds and entrances

• Responding to site issues and emergencies promptly and professionally

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in a school or similar setting is essential

• Practical maintenance and site management experience

• Willingness to undergo reference checks

• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (paid by the candidate)

• Ability to provide proof of Right to Work in the UK

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
