School Site Manager - Split Shift (CH64 Area)
Hours: 7:00am - 10:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm (Split Shift)
Pay: £16.25 - £17.50 per hour
Location: CH64 area

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Caretaker looking for a rewarding role that fits around your day?
We're working with a fantastic school in the CH64 area seeking a reliable, proactive Site Manager to join their team on a split-shift basis.

About the Role:
You'll play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained. This hands-on role includes:

• Opening and closing the school each day

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance

• Managing contractors and deliveries

• Ensuring health and safety standards are met

• Maintaining the cleanliness and security of the school grounds

About You:

Previous experience in a school site, caretaking, or facilities role
Strong practical and maintenance skills
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
