Hours: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Contract: Temporary with potential for permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable School Cook to join our team in Heswall. You will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals for our students, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals for students and staff

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients

• Work collaboratively with the school team to create a welcoming dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering or school kitchen role preferred but not essential

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Friendly, reliable, and punctual

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
