Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Bury
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: 13th April
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school-based experience who thrives in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the school office
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and databases
- Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
- Assisting with admissions and general office duties
- Ensuring safeguarding and confidentiality procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a school setting (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SIMS or similar systems desirable)
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
